Founder & CEO

PMP-certified technology leader with an M.S. in Strategic Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. 8+ years leading AI integration, digital transformation, and programme management across the UN system, INGOs, and private sector. Alan has delivered AI platforms reaching 50,000+ users, trained 9,000+ students in AI across three countries, and served 260+ clients in digital transformation.

Before founding ASKI, Alan held leadership roles at IOM, UNDP, Oxfam, and other international organizations. He managed programmes supporting 20,000+ beneficiaries, developed AI training for women and youth in post-conflict communities, built AI-native SaaS platforms for SME owners, and published research on climate security in Iraq. He is the first AI consultant to establish a dedicated practice in the Kurdistan Region.
